The Art of Mustard-Making in Dijon. Learn about the historical process of making mustard from the Fallot family, independent “mustardiers” in Burgundy. The family has been creating, sharing and tasting mustard for the past 150 years. Visit their new workshop in Dijon and take some samples back home, or let Chocolatine take you on a private factory visit to their headquarters in Beaune.

French delicacies at Lafayette Gourmet. Located in the famous Galeries Lafayette are several gourmet shops displaying samples and local goods. Stop by the Alain Ducasse Chocolate for an old-fashioned praline, ganaches and bouchées doubles. Visit Liberté Bakery, and watch Chef Benoît Castel bake his pillowy loaves to perfection in his open-plan baking area. At La Cave, explore wines from over 2,500 labels, almost half of which hail from the celebrate wine region of Bordeaux.

St. Malo Crepes. Chocolatine recommends and raves about Breizh Café, a creperie in St. Malo. During your tour of Brittany towns, spend a couple hours lounging out on the terrace, sipping local cider and biting into one of the 60 crepes on the menu.
